Banks Industrial Group Lands Spot on "Inc. 5000 List of America's Fastest Growing Private Companies"
August 22, 2017— Inc. Magazine named Banks Industrial Group to its 2017 “INC. 5000 List of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies.” The Southern New Jersey company ranked #2914 on the list released yesterday after growing 116% over the last three years. Inc. Magazine’s list bestows national recognition annually to acknowledge the achievements of hardworking private companies.
Banks Industrial Group (colloquially known as “BIG”) met remarkable revenue goals to qualify for selection to the Inc. 5000 list in 2017. In just three years from 2013 to 2016, Gary Banks positioned and steered his company for 116% growth. This rapid growth caused Banks Industrial Group to expand on its product line of industrial solutions, and to expand office and warehouse capacity by 50%. Since December 2015, Banks Industrial Group more than doubled its employment. BIG started by insulating large bulk storage tanks in oil and gas refineries and terminals and now offers a wide array of industrial maintenance/repair services as well as a product line of safety platforms and industrial-grade epoxies and coatings.
